As the world's most influential international company, Microsoft has been facing difficulties in ceo candidates.

Retiring after announcing a year later, Ballmer left people with speculation about the next Microsoft CEO. Looking forward to Gates back to regain control of Microsoft's can give up, in July internal restructuring, Gates has made it clear that it will not return to Microsoft.

So consider other candidates. ZDNet columnist Mary Jo Foley has 25 years of experience in science and technology writing. He is an expert on Microsoft's report to listen to her predictions.

Microsoft COO Kevin Turner. Tuner has Ballmer's support, but he lost real power in the recent restructuring and is unlikely to be a CEO.

Tami Reller, vice president of marketing. After Microsoft acquired Great Plains Software in 1984, Reller worked at Microsoft and left for a while. In 2001, she rejoined. Reller was transferred to the Windows division in 2007 and is responsible for business and marketing strategies for Windows and Windows devices.

Executive Vice President Tony Bates. Bates started working for Microsoft after Microsoft acquired Skype and was the head of Skype. The restructuring of Microsoft in July this year gave Bates more power and was promoted to head of Microsoft's business development and communications department. Before working for Skype, Bates was the general manager of Cisco Business and Division. The CEO needs to know everything about business and user transactions, so Bates has a great chance of being a Microsoft CEO.

Executive Vice President Satya Nadella. Nadella spent time in multiple divisions of Microsoft and is now the head of the server and tools business unit. Prior to this, he was senior vice president of the R&D department of Bing, MSN and Advertising, and pushed forward. He also oversaw Microsoft's business solution unit (dynamic ERP and dynamic CRM). Nadella was recently promoted to the leadership of the engineering team in the cloud and enterprise departments. Cross-functional background is his greatest advantage.

Other former Microsoft employees also hope to become Microsoft CEOs:

Nokia CEO Stephen Elop. Don't forget that prior to becoming the Nokia CEO in 2010, Elop’s office was Microsoft’s business unit.

Former Windows project manager Steven Sinofsky. Sinofsky suddenly left in December last year and recently announced that he will join Andreesen Horowitz as a member of the board of directors. Sinofsky has many champions at Microsoft, but returning like Steve Jobs may be a bit difficult.

Former Juniper CEO Kevin Johnson. Kevin Johnson recently retired from Juniper Networks. Before joining Juniper, Johnson was a member of the Microsoft Platform and Services Division.

Who will be Microsoft's next ceo? Let us wait and see!
