China's integration assessment report released

China's integration assessment report released The evaluation report on the development level of the integration of information technology and industrialization in China, which was researched and written by the China Electronics and Information Industry Development Research Institute under the guidance of the Department of Informatization Promotion of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, was released in Beijing on January 16, 2014.

In 2013, on the basis of full investigation, the report on the development level of the integration of the two industries was based on data collected from more than 6,500 companies in 31 provinces across the country, and was measured and analyzed according to the indicator system. The report shows that in 2012, China's integration development index for the two industries was 61.95, an increase of 2.88. Among them, the basic environmental index in 2012 was 64.87, an increase of 6.51; in 2012, the industrial application index was 57.34, an increase of 1.21; in 2012, the application benefit index was 68.27, an increase of 2.62.

The report shows that in 2012, the development level of China's regional integration and integration has three major characteristics:

First, in 2012, the level of integrated development of the two countries and provinces has improved at different levels. In 2012, China's integration index increased by 2.88 points compared to 2011, and in 2011 it increased by 6.34 points compared to 2010. The growth rate in 2012 was lower than that in 2011. This is because the sample size of data collection in 2012 expanded from more than 2300 in 2011 to more than 6500 in 2013. The expanded sample is mostly small and medium-sized enterprises. The level is relatively low compared with large-scale enterprises, so it has reduced the increase to a certain extent. For the same reason, some of the specific indicators in this report have even shown a decline in the value of the 2012 index. This is a reduction in the number of samples caused by the expansion of the sample volume, not a decrease in the actual level of development.

Second, the policy drivers for the improvement of the level of integration of the two industries in China are relatively obvious. Among the three indicators of basic environment, industrial application and application efficiency, the basic environmental index has increased more, and the basic environmental index has increased by 6.51. This is because the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology implemented a broadband speed-up plan in 2012, and governments at all levels have increased investment in broadband construction, which has increased the penetration rate of fixed broadband and mobile phones in China. From 2011 to 2012, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology carried out the “Intensive Integration of Two Systems”, the achievement of the integration of the two systems, the funding of key projects with the special funds for the integration of the two systems, and the construction of the SME integration technology platform. Many provinces also Promulgated a corresponding policy of promoting the integration of the two, some provinces have also set up special funds to guide the integration of the two, these policies have played a significant role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of enterprises and promoting the deep integration of the two. Even in an environment where the industrial economy is sluggish, business operations are difficult, and funding is tight, the application of enterprise information is still popularized at a faster rate, and the application effectiveness is also reflected.

Third, the level of integration and development of the East, West, and Middle East is not balanced. Various indicators in the eastern, central and western regions show the phenomenon of “high in the east and low in the west”. In terms of development indicators, the average indices for the East, Central, and West China were 73.52, 62.08, and 51.25, respectively; for the basic environment, the average indices for the East, Central, and West were 76.16, 63.38, and 55.50, respectively; for industrial applications, the average Midwest index was 62.76, 62.49 respectively. And 62.76; application efficiency, the average Midwest index was 92.42, 59.96, 51.66.

From the data of the provinces, the integration index of the two provinces in 2012 has improved to varying degrees. Among them, Jiangxi, Hebei, Zhejiang, Guangxi, and Guangdong have the fastest growing indices. The provinces that exceed the national average growth rate include Beijing, Sichuan, Hunan, and Shanghai. , Tibet, Jiangsu, Shanxi, Guizhou, Liaoning and Xinjiang. In terms of basic environment, Chongqing, Shanxi, Sichuan, Guangdong, and Hebei have the fastest growth. In industrial applications, Jiangxi, Hebei, Zhejiang, Guangxi and Tibet have the fastest growth. In terms of application efficiency, Sichuan, Guangxi, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Henan have the fastest growth. In terms of the two integrated development index, Jiangxi, Hebei, Zhejiang, Guangxi, and Guangdong have the fastest growth.
