The main causes of damage to the instrument are vibration, heat and moisture. The damage of the instrument and instrument can not be observed from the outside in many cases. In use, it will cause additional errors in measurement and affect the safe and economic operation of the main equipment. Therefore, it is very important to store electrical instruments and meters reasonably and carefully.
First, the warehousing technology to accept different types of electrical instrumentation, the acceptance of the warehousing technology is not exactly the same, roughly including the following aspects:
(1) Electrical instruments and meters of various types and specifications must have various signs, product specifications and product certificates as well as relevant technical documents.
(2) When unpacking, please do not use iron (wood) hammer to knock the box to avoid damage to the instrument. Unpacking and removing the package should first clean the dust and then open the box to prevent the dust from falling into the equipment. In the winter, the precision instrumentation should be stored in the warehouse for 24 hours before opening the box to avoid the temperature difference and too much moisture entering the instrument.
(3) When the appearance of electrical instruments is checked, the outer casing shall not have the phenomenon of stripping, cracking and bumping. The surface glass shall be firm and there shall be no phenomena such as falling off, scratches and cracks. Exam (4) The scale of the dial should be clear and conspicuous, and there should be no dirt, blur, or inequality. The instrument pointer must not have bending, needle rest, or needle rubbing.
(5) The instrument terminals and all knobs should not be defective or loose, and must be rotated and sensitive.
(6) The complete set of instrumentation and its accessories and spare parts shall be checked and accepted according to the equipment list, and shall not be short.
(7) Conditional warehouses should cooperate with professionals to conduct power-on inspections of major precision instruments, such as error tests, withstand voltage tests and insulation resistance measurements.
Second, warehouse storage conditions and stacking methods (1) Electrical instrumentation must be placed in a dry, ventilated closed warehouse, the ambient temperature must not change drastically, preferably can be controlled between 5 ~ 30 ° C, relative humidity below 70% .
(2) There must be no corrosive gas in the library, and no chemical or acidic substances are allowed.
(3) If the warehouse is insulated by infrared light bulbs, the light column of the infrared light bulb should not be directly exposed to the instrumentation equipment. Some infrastructure warehouses use furnace fire insulation in winter, and should be strictly fireproof and dustproof, and the fire source is not allowed to be directly close to the electrical instrumentation. In order to avoid overheating of the instrument bakelite or damage to internal electrical parts. Electrical instruments, especially advanced precision instruments, are best placed in special cabinets. Each instrument should be packaged with moisture-proof paper and placed in the original box (or foam box). Remove the electrical instrumentation equipment and place it on the rack.
If it is stored in a common rack, the curtain should be hung to prevent moisture and dust from intruding. For high-precision instruments above 0.5, it must be stored in the cabinet.
Store on the rack, the cartons should not be stacked too high to prevent the bottom layer from being crushed.
Instruments and meters packed in boxes (wooden boxes) can be stacked on top of each other, but the maximum is not allowed to exceed 3m, generally 1.5~2m. The pile shape must be flat and stable to prevent tilting and collapse. The bottom of the pile should be properly raised according to the ground moisture in the warehouse. It is better to be protected from the tides.
Instrumentation, whether handling or stacking, should be strictly prohibited from rolling, throwing, lying down, and inverting (including wooden box packaging), and must be handled lightly to avoid loss.
3. Storage and maintenance (1) Electrical instrumentation During the storage of the warehouse, attention should be paid to the air flow in the warehouse to prevent exposure to the sun, and the room temperature is not allowed to change drastically. The over-cooling or overheating will cause the internal parts of the instrument to shrink or expand. Deformation can also demagnetize the permanent magnet in the instrument or mold the internal coil.
(2) When the instrument is loaded or unloaded in the warehouse or stack, it must be protected from moisture, open air overheating (sunlight exposure) or rain. The storeroom is not allowed to use watering to cool down. When there is a lot of dust on the floor, it can be mopped with a mop. In the rainy season, the package is susceptible to moisture. If the moisture is emitted, the instrument is taken out immediately, and the instrument is loaded after drying (drying) the dry package.
(3) Instruments and their accessories and spare parts should be protected from rust. The externally threaded metal parts should be coated with neutral Vaseline (not too thick). The painted parts are not allowed to be oiled. Do not wipe with a damp cloth.
(4) During the storage period, the instrumentation should be diligently inspected, especially before and after the rainy season, and problems should be dealt with promptly. If you find that the appearance is mildew, you can use the car wax to polish it. If you find the quality change, you must send it to the manufacturer for overhaul.
(5) During the inventory period, all instruments that use dry batteries for working power must take out the dry batteries to prevent the internal batteries from being damaged by mildew or short circuit.
(6) All electrical instrumentation accessories should be stacked with equipment in principle. In order to store the warehouses neatly, they can be placed in a centralized manner. However, it is necessary to record the listings one by one, and write out the accessories belonging to the instrument, preferably the instrument. The main body of the instrument is placed on the upper part of the rack, and the attached and spare parts are placed correspondingly on the lower part of the apparatus, so that inspection, maintenance, storage and distribution are convenient.
It is better to stack the instruments that belong to the control panel (the same is also the switchboard), and stack the accessories together, so that the construction and production personnel can check the equipment and do the inspection and calibration work.
