The silicon substrate LED technology developed by Jingneng Optoelectronics (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd., and the first to sign a MOCVD purchase agreement with Aixtron, a global supplier. In the development of the LED industry, Nanchang High-tech Zone has initially formed a complete upstream, midstream and downstream industrial chain represented by epitaxial wafers, chip manufacturing and light sources, lamps and LED displays.
