First, in terms of product structure, China's current hydraulic, pneumatic, sealing and other components are mostly the introduction of technology or tracking imitation in the 1980s, lack of products with independent intellectual property rights. Second, in terms of technological development, our scientific research transformation capability is still very weak. Although there are a large number of scientific papers and patent registrations each year, they cannot basically be converted into production capacity in a timely manner. In addition, in terms of market share, currently domestic components such as hydraulics, pneumatics, and seals account for approximately 45%, while more than half of the other markets are occupied by imported products.

However, it is precisely because of the gap in the technical level of China's basic components and transmission components that the prospects for international economic and technological cooperation and exchange in these fields are very broad.
