The Taicang City Lighting Special Plan, which was commissioned by the Taicang City Planning and Construction Bureau and compiled by Tsinghua Urban Planning and Design Institute, successfully passed the expert demonstration.
The planning scope is the main urban area of ​​Taicang City: east from Dongting Road, west to 204 National Road, north from Suzhou Road and south to Xinliu River, with a total area of ​​about 19 square kilometers, focusing on Xinhua Road, Renmin Road, Shanghai Road, New Planning guidelines for five key landscape lighting areas, such as the Liuhe Scenic Belt.
"Taicang City Lighting Special Plan" takes people's perception of urban nighttime space as the starting point, and selects the path and node that reflects the characteristics of Taicang City as the urban landscape lighting structure. The urban landscape lighting is positioned as the diversified lighting style of Jianghai. The planning area is divided into three-level lighting nodes and five types of lighting areas, and the architectural lighting partition control strategy is proposed. Through the analysis of the current situation of road lighting and advertising signage lighting, the planning schemes of road lighting level, light color, power density control, lighting style and partitioning and control of advertising sign lighting are proposed.
