(1) Business license of enterprise legal person (registered capital of 2 million yuan or more) and organization code certificate (copy of the official seal of the bidder);

(3) The legal representative's power of attorney (the legal representative is not required to provide the bid directly, but must present the original legal representative's ID card) and the original ID card of the authorized person;
(4) Product authorization for the project (original, see format B; manufacturers do not have to issue a power of attorney when bidding;);
(5) The bid supplier's computer information system integration qualification;
(6) Others (copies are stamped with the official seal of the bidder);

The above qualifications must be provided with the original (the first item provides the original if there is any difficulty, and the copy of the red official seal of the unit can be provided). The qualification and the bidding documents should be sealed separately. If the bidding organization is not sealed separately, the bidding documents will be returned. At the same time, a copy of the qualification documents (attached to the original and the copy) is attached to each bidding document.
