The highest level of consumer satisfaction for eleven consecutive years

On March 5th, during the "2017 Color TV Product Quality and Service Symposium" held in Beijing, the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce released the "2017 China Color TV After-sales Service and Customer Satisfaction Survey Report." The data highlighted that Hisense TV maintained a customer satisfaction score of 95, securing the top position in the industry for 11 consecutive years. This achievement earned Hisense the prestigious title of "2018 Color TV Credit Brand," further solidifying its reputation as a leader in quality and service. According to the "Consumer Satisfaction Survey Report," over 500 million flat-screen TVs are currently in use across China. With an average safe usage period of seven years, many households are now using outdated devices, which pose safety risks and complicate maintenance for both users and manufacturers. To address this issue, in March 2016, Hisense, in collaboration with the China Electronics Video Industry Association, launched the "Renovation of the Old" Huimin Campaign. This initiative aimed to eliminate aging appliances through various promotions and incentives, while also introducing high-quality products like laser TVs, ULED models, and AI-enhanced televisions to elevate user experience and drive industry innovation. After more than two years of dedicated efforts, Hisense successfully improved consumer satisfaction, boosting its brand reputation and market share. According to the survey results, Hisense's customer satisfaction score exceeded the industry average by over 10%, with domestic brands generally outperforming foreign competitors in terms of user satisfaction. In 2017, the color TV market faced challenges, but demand for large-screen TVs grew rapidly. This trend was largely driven by Hisense’s aggressive promotion of laser TVs, known for their eye-friendly large screens. To support this, Hisense introduced a premium service policy for laser TVs, including a "30-day replacement guarantee" and "5-year repair coverage." Additionally, the company offered on-site design services and VIP-level product experiences, helping users fully appreciate the benefits of laser technology and contributing to a significant rise in the laser TV market. According to Zhong Yikang statistics, in 2017, laser TVs accounted for 42.8% of sales in the 80-inch and above segment. Hisense’s laser TV sales and volume increased by 155.22% and 152.38%, respectively, capturing nearly 40% of the large-screen TV market. For 85-inch and above models, the market share exceeded 50%, making Hisense the dominant force in the big-screen TV sector. As of December 2017, Hisense’s sales volume and market share stood at 16.79% and 17.96%, respectively—both leading the industry. This marks the 14th consecutive year that Hisense has held the top position in China’s color TV market, with a growing lead over its competitors. This success is a direct reflection of the trust and satisfaction consumers place in Hisense. Their positive feedback stems from confidence in the company and its high-quality products, forming the foundation of its strong market position.
