The contract of “Harbin Meiju International Lighting City” (hereinafter referred to as “Meiju”) of Hongqi Street in Daowai District of Harbin City has not expired, and suddenly the tenants are required to withdraw from the market and stop water and power. The industry has no choice but to withdraw from the market, and some of the industry have not agreed with the "Meiju" due to the lack of placement of a large number of lamps and the loss of the decoration store, and they are obsessed with the goods in the mall.

According to Yu Tao, a first-floor business owner who has not moved away, Harbin Jianbang Changsheng Commercial Management Co., Ltd. ("Jianbang"), the operating unit of Lighting City, is known as "the first city of Northeast Lighting" when it is attracting investment. The site of the property unit “Harbin Wanjiyuan Commercial Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter referred to as “Wanjiyuan”) has been leased for 15 years. In July 2005, Yu Tao signed a two-year lease contract with “Jianbang”, renting a storefront of more than 200 square meters on the first floor, with a monthly rent of more than 6,000 yuan, and carried out high-end renovation according to the period of 15 years of operation. I intend to operate here for a long time. In 2006, “Meiju” was designated as the “Haya Fair” sub-meeting place, and the business gradually became prosperous. Yu Tao rented more than 900 square meters of storefront on the second floor, and the operation period was until August 2008. He prepaid the rent of 100,000 yuan, and the decoration has invested more than 100,000 yuan.

On April 13, 2007, the contract period was not full. “Jianbang” suddenly issued an announcement saying that it had canceled the contract with “Wanjiyuan” and required the operators to withdraw from the airport for a few days. The mall began to stop water and power outages and could not operate normally. The industry people said incomprehensiblely: "We have entered the million-yuan lamp and invested hundreds of thousands of yuan for high-end decoration. We plan to operate for a long time. But now that the contract has not expired, we will leave us. I heard that the road outside the city is right. Come in, where are our goods, and who will lose us?"

According to Ma Shusheng, manager of Wanjiyuan, “Jianbang” company signed a lease contract with “Wanjiyuan” in March 2005 to open a “Meiju Lighting City”, and the contract stipulated that the rent should be paid monthly. Since December 2006, the “Jianbang” default has not paid rent on schedule. In April 2007, “Jianbang” and “Wanjiyuan” reached an agreement through the mediation of the People’s Court of the Outer District, and “Jianbang” was responsible for “Meiju”. The withdrawal of all the domestic businesses, the "Wanjiyuan" phased back to the "Jianbang" deposit and investment funds totaling 20 million yuan, the two sides canceled the lease contract.

At present, “Wanjiyuan” has reached an initial lease agreement with another company. It is expected that the footwear market in the 20th Street of Daowai will be relocated in June, and new renovations are underway. The reporter also contacted the manager of Jianbang, Qi Yunbo, who said that the matter would be resolved with the industry through judicial procedures.
