The total heat exchanger is a kind of fresh air system, and the equipment is mainly composed of a chassis, a full heat exchange core body and a supply and exhaust fan. When the total heat exchanger is running, when the indoor exhaust air and the fresh air flow through the heat exchanger core in a positive crossover manner, the two airflows pass through the separation due to the temperature difference and the steam partial pressure difference between the airflow on both sides of the airflow partition plate. The plate exhibits heat and mass transfer, causing a full heat exchange process. Compared to a simple one-way flow of fresh air, the heat exchanger has a faster gas exchange rate and can be heat recovered for better use.
The rotary heat exchanger is based on aluminum, aluminum alloy or fiber paper, and is dipped with a hygroscopic agent such as lithium chloride. (1) When the pressure difference between the exhaust air and the intake air is large, there is a small amount of air leakage through the sealing ring of the partition plate (this can be avoided by the air supply intrusion and the air suction and suction method).
