Because the width of the bottom is narrow, the ink level will be lower than the rubber plug to prevent the rubber plug from leaking.

The actual test is as follows: The machine supports scanning up to 1200×2400 dpi resolution. Scanning at the highest resolution does indeed take a hefty amount of time (more than 30 minutes...). However, everyday applications rarely require such high resolution. For the purpose of future printing, 300dpi is enough. If scanning at 300 dpi, an A4 paper takes tens of seconds, I think it is acceptable.
Epson provided the Epson Scan software to set up scanning. The function is still good. Scanning photos in home mode can automatically trim the edges and complete the conversion of photos to images. Scanning the document materials in office mode will scan 1:1 to A4 paper.
Copy function
Copying is very convenient, and there are two physical buttons directly representing grayscale copying and color copying. If you want to print a few copies, press it several times. And I thought that the copying time should be the scanning time plus the printing time, but in fact, the copying time is very fast, and it doesn't use tens of seconds at all. The estimate should be equivalent to the scan with the accuracy of the preview during the scan. The copy effect is not bad. Color photocopying documents look like real documents on paper.
Photo printing function

The problem here is that my photos are horizontal. How do I feed paper? The bright side of photo paper is the print side, which is also placed sideways. Duang! The effect is impressive!
gosh! It's best not to be smart! Only half of the paper was hit, and the direction was wrong! Epson is also weird. In the specification, there is no way to write photographic papers at all. After the experiment, you can know that, whether the photo is horizontal or vertical, photo paper should be placed vertically!
However, this broken photo was also used by me for other tests. Because the printer's ink is a dye ink, it is theoretically not waterproof. Will the photo be spent when it is not damp or sealed? So I conducted a soaking experiment:

After soaking in water for 5 minutes, I did not change any of my color visually! Photo paper is also very strong! It is estimated that the waterproof function of photo paper played a role, which made me very satisfied!
In addition to waterproofing, there is the problem of resistance to the sun. This problem has not been tested for a short time. However, according to online information, it is said that the original ink is resistant to sunlight.
