The SiP (System In Package) module supports the integration of R-Car H3 and external high-speed DDR memory. Renesas's SiP internally connects DDR memory and SoC, reducing design complexity and PCB cost. In addition to SoC and DDR memory, the SiP module also contains the serial flash required for booting.
