Problems and solutions in the application of welding robots

(1) There is a problem of welding bias:

There may be problems with the soldering position being incorrect or the gun being searched. At this time, consider whether TCP (the position of the torch center point) is accurate and adjust it. If this happens frequently, check the zero position of each axis of the robot and recalibrate it to correct it.

(2) There is a problem of undercut:

Poor selection of welding parameters, gun angle or torch position may be adjusted properly.

(3) The problem of stomata:

It may be that the gas protection is poor, the primer of the workpiece is too thick, or the shielding gas is not dry enough, and the corresponding adjustment can be processed.

(4) Too much splashing problem:

It may be that the welding parameters are improperly selected, the gas composition is caused, or the elongation outside the welding wire is too long. The power of the machine can be appropriately adjusted to change the welding parameters, the gas proportioning instrument is adjusted to adjust the proportion of the mixed gas, and the relative position of the welding gun and the workpiece is adjusted.

(5) A crater problem is formed after cooling at the end of the weld:

When you are programmable, you can add a buried crater function to the work step to fill it up.
