In theory, the service life of LED can be as long as 100,000 hours, but it is difficult to solve the problem due to heat dissipation. As a result, the light decay of LED is very serious. Even if the chip burns out and the black light is caused in a short time, the high-power LED has not been able to Really enter the app. After the research, Mingxin Technology has achieved breakthroughs in power semiconductor packaging technology. LEDs are used in lighting, and the chip temperature must be below 85 degrees Celsius to meet long-term use requirements. The products of Mingxin Technology have been tested by the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The accumulated temperature of the chip is 60-80 degrees Celsius, which meets the requirements for long-term use.

At present, the Chinese Academy of Sciences has done relevant tests, and only one of us is in China. Wang Xiao, executive vice president of Mingxin Technology, said that he dared to get the Chinese Academy of Sciences to do the test, in order to prove that the company's high-power LED has been able to meet the practical application. After the actual trial of the company, the 5000-hour light decay energy can be controlled within 1%.

Every time our products participate in the exhibition, it has caused a sensation. People have not seen the application of such high-power LEDs. Wang Xiao said that the LED lighting system outside the Shenzhou 7 spacecraft contains 24 point light sources. The total power consumption is 27 watts, which is equivalent to a book. The core products currently produced by Mingxin Technology have reached a power of 150 watts to 200 watts and a much smaller volume.

Used on spaceships and satellites, the lighter the smaller the better. Zhang Tao told Su Guangyao, the boss of Mingxin Technology, that the cooperation is going to be fast, and both sides have come to promote it. It is possible to use the products on the gods. He said that it is possible to jointly establish a LED engineering application technology research and development center to bring out the advantages of both parties. Zhang Tao said that the use of the Shenzhou spacecraft, the requirements are very special, the performance should be very stable.

The Chongqing Transportation Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Communications is the national standard for the development of road and tunnel lighting products in China. The national standards for LED products they are drafting are based on the corporate standards of Mingxin Technology.
