After commissioning the inspection of Chongqing Electronic and Electrical Goods Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, the pass rate was less than half, only 46.7%. The main unqualified items found in the monitoring are mechanical strength, starting characteristics, lamp power, initial luminous flux, harmonic content in the power supply current, and allowable maximum harmonic current.
The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce said that the indicators such as lamp power, initial luminous flux, and allowable maximum harmonic current were unqualified, indicating that the energy-saving lamp could not reach the declared brightness or the energy efficiency higher than the marked. If it does not meet the energy-saving standards, it seems that the three words of energy-saving lamps are a bit inconsistent.
It is reported that the industrial and commercial departments of sellers whose quality is unqualified in this monitoring will be handled according to law.
