2, the scope of tender
Tender cleaning is divided into two major regions. One is the indoor and outdoor health cleaning of the whole plant, garbage transportation, garbage dumps and other pest control work, and the second is the cleaning work of Ruidianyuan Building and public facilities. The greening section includes plant-wide greening conservation, indoor bonsai conservation, and design and arrangement of the shape flower beds for major holidays, and the greening and conservation of Ruidian Garden. Please refer to the technical specifications for specific service contents and requirements. Term of service: January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
3, applicant qualification requirements
1. The bidder shall be an independent legal entity legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China. It shall have the ability to independently bear civil liability and have the right to enter into a contract independently;
2. The bidder has the performance of cleaning and greening service on the production site of the thermal power plant in the past three years. The performance is based on the scanned copy of the attached contract.
3. The bidder should have a good financial status and have sufficient liquidity to undertake the implementation of the bidding project;
4. The bidder should have good bank credit and business reputation, not be ordered to suspend business, property is taken over, frozen, or bankruptcy; financial capacity in the past three years is stable and reliable, and liquidity can meet the needs of the bidding project;
5. The bidder shall pass the quality management system certification, and the certificate shall be within the validity period;
6. The bidder shall not be the unqualified bidder with corruption, fraud, etc. as defined by China's national laws and regulations and the relevant management departments, and there are no bad records of the country, industry, China Huaneng Group Corporation and its subsidiaries;
7. The person in charge of the bidder unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship and may not bid on the project at the same time;
8. You must not use bids in the name of others to obtain qualifications, qualification certificates, etc. by way of transfer or lease. Not accepting the use of forged or altered licenses, providing false financial status or performance, providing false credit conditions or other fraudulent activities;
9. This tender does not accept any form of consortium bidding;
10. According to the “Notice of Inquiries about the Full Implementation of Files of Bribery Crimes in Tendering and Bidding Activities†in the No. 3 Document of the High Inspection Conference [2015], the successful bidder is requested to provide the units issued by the People’s Procuratorate’s place of residence within 10 days after receiving the bid-winning notice. , Legal representative of the bribery criminal file inquiry letter. If no search result is submitted or if there is a criminal record of bribery, the qualification will be cancelled.
