Li Shizhi's point of view: This year and next year is the era of rapid reshuffle of lighting companies. It is expected that 50% of small lamps and lanterns enterprises will disappear within two years.

Recently, Li Shizhi had a unique view on the status quo of the lighting industry when interviewed by reporters. Li Shizhi said that in the recent section of the Yangcheng Evening News on July 15th, 40% of Guangdong lighting companies closed down! Even the performance of the four internationally renowned brands has fallen by 30%-40% over the same period. Domestic manufacturers are even more miserable. The recent government industrial policy, double transfer, does not encourage high-labor-intensive lighting enterprises to stay in the Pearl River Delta, gradually shifting to the east and west, mountainous areas, and labor transfer, these policies will accelerate the collapse of small businesses.

Li Shizhi believes that under the influence of the factors of the big environment this year and next, the lamp enterprises are expected to disappear by more than 50%. This is a normal phenomenon. If it is really impossible, it should be decided earlier: if it is shut down and transferred, it should be carried out immediately. Do not hold any illusions, do not waste state resources, and cannot wait until the blood is exhausted and die. Li Shizhi believes that the country's industrial policy, labor law, and dual transfer are also the driving factors for SMEs to accelerate the reshuffle. In times of economic downturn, high inflation, soaring costs, and difficult business survival, industrial transfer does not require much government action now. It should be automatically adjusted by the market and transferred by the enterprise. Most of the existing industrial parks cannot form an industrial cluster. As a result, enterprises migrate to there, but they will seriously affect their development and even threaten their survival. For example, some enterprises will not be able to recruit people and work at the same cost as the Pearl River Delta. A screw, a set of molds, purchase of small accessories or to go back to the original, Xiaolan, Guzhen purchase and other phenomena are widespread. How can such a production cost be reduced? The old saying goes: Going up the house and moving down the house, I don’t see a valley. The Guangdong lighting industry has just matured in Zhongshan, Shunde and Dongguan for several years. The general industrial cluster has a life cycle of at least 20 years after the maturity period, but it is too far-fetched to move immediately. If the enterprise is more difficult or even unable to survive after the relocation, the manufacturing industry in the Pearl River Delta will shift and the labor will shift. Then, who will develop the tertiary industry to serve? Sometimes blindly follow the trend, learning Singapore, Hong Kong, some places will not work, Hong Kong, Singapore has its own unique advantages. The local filial piety is millions, the humanities are high, the laws are sound, the government is efficient, the finance, transportation, and seaport services are developed. The geographical location is unique, the people's feelings and national conditions are completely different from those in Guangdong. At least the advanced level is 30 years higher than that of Guangdong. Therefore, these are carefully considered by the government departments. I believe that the government's decision-making department is smart.

Li Shizhi's point of view three: manufacturers must clearly define their goals, apply different laws, and not blindly follow the trend. After three or five years of persistence, they are star enterprises and heroes!

When asked whether to consider the recent or long-term transfer plan and the company's long-term plan, Li Shizhi said that he did not consider the transfer for the time being, because Changlong's situation did not have to consider the transfer problem within ten years, I also calculated the cost of the transfer. It will not be lower than the current production cost, and the company's products are high-end products, mainly in the high-end market, such high labor production costs in developed countries in Europe and America, and can survive the lighting enterprises, which is a good example.

Li Shizhi believes that every enterprise must have long-term and clear goals, and will walk in the right direction. If there is no goal, it will lose its direction and disappear. Every enterprise should proceed according to its own reality, develop strengths and circumvent weaknesses, and not blindly follow the trend.
