I received a Skyworth 32E360E LCD TV, and the fault indicator light does not turn on. I checked the power board output, and both 12V and 24V are normal. My initial assumption was that the motherboard might be the issue. After searching online, some people said it's out of stock, while others mentioned that the screen might not be compatible.

Visually inspecting the motherboard, I noticed that R9A14 and R7P4 were overheating, as well as a small heat sink under the trace. I suspect the problem is around this area. However, the motherboard components are very small, and the size is only 10cm * 13.5cm, making maintenance and data organization a bit challenging.

Looking at the first image, the power conversion circuits U1P2 and U1P1, as well as the power switch circuit U0L1 and U0L2, all work after booting, so I decided to skip them for now.

I measured the output of U0P8 and found 1.2V, which is normal. U0P4 outputs 5V, also normal. However, U1P3 shows no output. I then tested the third pin of the TJ4210 chip (U1P3) and found 5V at the input, but there should be no TJ4210 chip here. To test further, I used an adjustable conversion module. I connected it to a 12V power supply and adjusted the output to 3.3V, then connected it to the 6-pin C7P2 of the TJ4210. The test machine worked fine.

Attached are the data and component maps.

The 32E360E data has been tested, with version number: 5800-A8S160-0P4. The original RDL320HY screen passed the self-test. However, the original drawing has a very high pixel resolution (3M), and the text on the 3120*4160 patch is very clear. Due to upload limits, it cannot be viewed after compression.
