Since the first half of 2012, under the guidance of company leadership, I have been committed to delivering quality service based on the company’s “ten one point” philosophy. Below is a summary of my work during this period.

First, I was involved in the early handover process. In February 2011, I joined the management department of North City Mong Kok. With the support of senior staff, I learned how to manage equipment for the second phase of the project and helped prepare for the delivery of housing and future property services.

Second, I participated in the delivery of the second phase of North City Mong Kok. From March 30th, I was part of the inspection team, accompanying owners during their house inspections, explaining the facilities, and addressing their concerns. During the one-month centralized delivery, I gained valuable experience in communication and problem-solving, which greatly improved my professional skills. The delivery went smoothly, and I felt proud of my contribution.

After the completion of the second phase, I was transferred to Xicheng Huafu in Peng Xicheng on April 25, 2011. My role involved tracking project progress and supervising quality. As a new building, Xicheng Huafu became a key representation of our company, and I had the opportunity to work alongside many colleagues from different backgrounds, building strong relationships and contributing to the company's growth.

Third, I was involved in the preparation and delivery of Xicheng Huafu. Although we did not conduct household inspections due to time constraints, we made sure all materials and details were well-prepared. Despite some challenges, the delivery rate reached 80% within a week, and over 95% of units have now been delivered.

Fourth, I was responsible for the acceptance of equipment and facilities. Starting a week before the handover, engineering teams worked overtime to inspect all systems, including generators, power distribution, water supply, fire safety, lighting, and elevators. Regular maintenance and inspections were carried out to ensure everything was in good condition.

Fifth, I supervised home renovations. Over 500 homeowners have completed renovation procedures, and nearly 100 have already moved in. We will continue to monitor and manage the renovation process in the coming year.

Sixth, I focused on equipment maintenance. After the handover, I worked closely with the maintenance team to perform regular checks and upkeep on critical systems. Communication with manufacturers was also an important part of ensuring long-term reliability.

In terms of daily responsibilities, I always aimed to provide excellent service. I collected and analyzed information thoroughly, shared insights with leaders, and ensured that tasks were prioritized and completed efficiently. I also welcomed visiting owners, listened to their concerns, and worked to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive relationship with them.

In 2013, with the leadership's strategic decisions, I planned to lead the maintenance team in further improving the supervision of renovations at Xicheng Huafu and ensuring the smooth operation of all community facilities. My goal was to gain the trust and appreciation of residents and strengthen the reputation of the company.
