It is necessary to design a traffic signal control program for an intersection using basic PLC logic instructions. The PLC model used is the Mitsubishi FX2-32MR.

The north-south direction has a red light that stays on for 30 seconds, while the east-west green light is active for 25 seconds. Then, the green light flashes for 3 seconds, followed by a yellow light for 2 seconds. After 30 seconds, the signals switch. Once the system starts, the lights operate in a continuous cycle involving the east, south, and west directions.

Inputs: X0 (start), X1 (stop). Clocks: T0–T11 with 100ms resolution. Auxiliary relays: M. Outputs: Y.
