Foshan Lighting said that due to the changes in the market and technological environment, the original development project of Fozhao New Light Source has a large market risk. Since its establishment, it has not carried out actual operations. The survival of the company will only increase the corresponding management expenses and cannot be produced. Economic benefits will seriously damage the interests of shareholders. Therefore, it was decided to dissolve the new light source of the Buddha.
By the end of 2011, Fozhao New Light Source Co., Ltd. had received capital of 10 million yuan, total assets of 901.18 million yuan, net assets of 8.8878 million yuan, and undistributed profit: -1,611,200 yuan.
